Refund Policy

At Raven’s Sacred Fibre, each product and service is thoughtfully prepared and delivered in person. Due to the handcrafted nature of the materials and the personalized time invested in each client, the following policies apply:

Kits & Physical Products

All knitting kits are assembled to order and delivered directly at the time of your lesson or event. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for kit purchases. Please review all project options and materials before completing your order.

If there is a defect in a kit component, it must be reported immediately at the time of receipt. Verified issues may be eligible for an on-the-spot replacement or substitution at the instructor's discretion.

Private Lessons & Workshops

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be eligible for a one-time reschedule or partial credit, depending on availability.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Policy Enforcement

This policy exists to respect the time, preparation, and materials involved in each service. By booking a lesson or purchasing a kit, you agree to these terms.
